Uh, what? What's this about assets? Microsoft is a software company, they obviously don't have as many assets as a hardware company. They do have a sh[tload of cash though, and are in a much better financial situation than Sony. Do you even know how it works?
Hell, Sony is still losing money on every ps3 sold, and the console will be the first thing to go if they need to cut something. Microsoft has been making profit on the 360 for a while now.

It's pretty simple, really. If the 360 can't handle a game (impossible), then all that Rockstar can do is wait for the Xbox 720 to come out. They aren't going to release an exclusive PS3 game, because it won't sell and they will lose a lot of money on it.
Every developer knows what platform to release on if they want to get paid, and it's not the GimpFailPatchStation.
So will there finally be reason to buy a psp then? Cool, only took them 10 years.
